I graduated from Athens high school in 1994.

I am a Certified personal trainer through AFAA, with an Associates Wellness and Nutrition degree from Shelton State. I have

21 years experience of personal training. I love seeing people reach goals and do things they thought were unattainable. It's awesome to see their confidence grow as they obtain results. I also love teaching young athletes proper techniques and seeing them obtain the best version of themselves.
